Refund Policy

We thank you for supporting our business.

The buyer must take into account that items are handcrafted, by artisanal method which makes every piece one of a kind. Expect slight irregularities in colour/glaze variations and finishing.
In case you wish to return your pieces, please get in touch. You must return us the products in their original condition within 14 days, in order to get a refund. Items that return in an unsellable condition will not be refunded. 
The return costs are supported by the buyer. Please make sure you do use a secure courier service so that you can trace where the package is. The items are your responsibility until we receive them in our shop. 

In order to have your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by letter or email to: Maré Jewels, Largo de Santo Isidro 10 A, 2640-096 Santo Isidoro, Portugal, hello@marejewels.com. In this process, you must write a clear statement about your decision to withdraw from the purchase with all your personal details. 

This does not apply to bespoke pieces. Bespoke pieces are not legible for returns and refunds.
